Teacher Appreciation Week – May 3-7, 2027
Our Superstar parent lead has moved onto high school and she is missed dearly. We are looking for another driven parent volunteer to step up into this role.
Historically, this lead role has helped with coordination of the door decorating project to show our amazing teachers how much they are appreciated.
Other ideas to implement for Teacher Appreciation Week in addition to or replacement of Door Decorating is welcomed
🙂Please reach out to TIP if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity

Glow Nite is a fun evening of activities, games, face painting, food, and photo booth!
This event takes a village to pull off and we are asking for parent volunteers to join the Glow Nite Committee. Please email Lisa at TIP@tbs.org with your interest. Planning starts after Back to School Night. Let us know if you want to join the first committee meeting mid-October (Date/Time TBD).
We also will have LOTS of volunteer opportunities outside of the Glow Nite Committee with day before set up, day-of set up, event execution, and clean up via Signup Genius. Mark your calendars to save the date
Our Junior High students look forward to volunteering for this FUN event.
Parent Feedback:
Possibly separate this event by age group to reduce the crowds
Implement an early pickup (like a bib pickup for a marathon/5K run) to reduce the check in line
Junior High Candy Grams – Christmas and Valentines’ Day
- Parent Feedback:
- Ensure everyone gets something
- Possibly do something other than candy canes/treats?
